Common questions
How do I pay for the machines?
Every machine takes coins. To pay by card, get a reloadable Teddy's card in the store, load it with cash or a credit or debit card, and use it at any machine.
When is the last wash?
Start your last wash by 9 PM. We close at 10 PM.
Do I need an appointment for wash & fold?
No. Just bring your laundry in and look for an attendant in a blue vest.
How soon is wash & fold ready?
Most orders are ready the next day.
Do you pick up or deliver?
No. Wash & fold is drop-off only: you bring your laundry to the store and pick it up here.
Can I use the machines in Spanish?
Yes. Every machine can run in English or Spanish.
Can I wash comforters and bedding?
Yes, however we do not allow any items with down feathers.
